May I be the first of many fortunate travelers to offer a review of this wonderful tour guide. From first hand experience, I can say Chiara puts her heart into assuring her tourists have the BEST possible experiences.
I had the privilege to travel with a group of 15 friends – some I have known for years, others i met on this trip – and Chiara was our tour manager for 3 perfect days in Rome.
Unfortunately I had a mobility issue while there, but Chiara made it possible for me to participate in every planned event…
- she found a wheel chair rental for me and went to a local pharmacy with my husband to pick it up. He prepaid the rental fee, but was not allowed to put the deposit on a credit card. Chiara lent him cash
- touring the Vatican, I was not allowed to use my own chair, and in the Sistine Chapel…NO chair. Chiara left our group with our tour guide Emmanuelle, and took me to get a wheel chair within the grounds. We were able to meet our group for most of the tour, but had to detour around to access the chapel. She supported me (walking) into the chapel, found a bench for me to sit, made sure I was ok, then rejoined the group for 30 minutes until they made it to the chapel
- we waited in long lines for several sites. Chiara found accessible entrances for me, always ensuring my husband could experience the whole tour – whenever she and I rejoined our group, he shared his amazing photos with me
- by our last night in Rome, I couldn’t navigate the walk to our farewell dinner. Chiara arranged taxi transport for me and 2 of my wonderful travel friends accompanied me while Chiara walked with the group
- she went again, with Mike, to the pharmacy with my husband to return the chair.
Chiara, you left no (cobble)stone unturned ensuring i had the most wonderful experience…and I did. I watched as you made sure everyone in our group was safe, happy and well taken care of.
You made my first visit to the Eternal city an experience for which i will be eternally grateful.

Italy Trip:
I would recommend Chiara without hesitation to help anyone plan their trip.
She has lots of experience leading tours which makes her very knowledgeable when planning trips. She’s detail-oriented and organized.
During planning, she did a couple of video calls with me to make sure we were on the same page, and she really listened to what we were looking for.
She did a great job planning interesting things that we hadn’t done before. She did a complete daily itinerary for us, and we were easily able to pick and choose what to do from that. She also did a complete guide we could download with activities, restaurant recommendations, and general information about the places we were visiting. It was an amazing resource!
Chiara also checked in from time to time while we were traveling to make sure all was going well, and if I had questions, she responded quickly.
She’s a total pro and so very good at her job!
